RC is the corporate entity that publishes Equity for Management. It also undertakes compensation analysis and tax policy review.

Its activities seek to

• enhance public policy discussion of senior executive compensation programs in developed countries with specific comparative reference to Canada and
• raise the awareness of stakeholders in regard to policy issues pertaining to executive compensation trends in listed companies.
• These goals are achieved through publications and live and electronic invitational events involving the leading Canadian and international figures in this multidisciplinary field.
